About the Space
The space can be used for photoshoots, commercial shoots, film shoots, work space, creative space, social gathering, and retreats. The cabin is located in a mountain community called Pine Mountain Club in Los Padres National Forest. Inside is a newly renovated kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, loft as well as a fireplace, centralized heat and A/C, guest bedroom, plus outside there is an upstairs porch and downstairs porch. There are two TV's and wifi available for use. In the neighborhood there is a pool, tennis course, golf course, club house, bakery, restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails. A trail head starts a block away from the house that leads to the downtown area—a short walk away.

Equipment loading description
We have a driveway and then a flight of steps to our front door. Equipment can be stored on any of our 3 decks or in the garage due to weather.

Electrical system description
There are around 28 outlets throughout the house and the circuit breaker is located outside by the front door in the middle west facing wall.

General Rules
No smoking in the cabin but outside is fine.
No flushing anything down the toilets other than toilet paper.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Yes furniture and wall decorations can be moved but must be moved back before the end of production.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We hire a team of professional and certified cleaners in between bookings
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
