*This three story loft is perfect for any social gatherings: photo shoots, video shoots, baby showers, office parties/meetings, yoga classes, pop up events & more! *This 1,200 sqft. space is filled with lots of natural light with multiple seating areas including a 60 sqft. patio with comfortable seating and direct sunlight, perfect for an outdoor photoshoot. *This space was designed to make you feel relaxed with a mid century modern industrial feel. The zen aesthetics are portrayed with a 35 gallon fish tank and over 70 plants to make you and your guest feel truly at peace. *The space features a 60’ flat screen TV and a Sonos beam sound system that can be easily connected through Bluetooth *This space also features a multi functional pool table that can easily be transitioned into a dining table if needed. *This space fits about 30 guests comfortably

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
