About the Space
Our 2,000 SqFt space includes a large 4 wall photo studio, a wardrobe/makeup room, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. The photo studio features 2 walls with multi-color seamless backdrops which can be tailored to your requests and 2 walls with living room stages. While the space is purposed for photography, it is also suitable for podcasts, video shoots, or even projection work. The possibilities are endless! We also have gear rentals available on-site and can have them ready for your shoot. Whatever your project, we have all the gear you need to do the job!

No natural light as our studio is more for controlled environment shoots.

Audio is standard and the sound is workable in the space when using professional sound equipment. Great for interviews and podcasts.

We have plenty of outlets and access to the breakers. We can also add stingers and splitters where needed.

General Rules
FOOD & BEVERAGE
We allow outside caterers, and we are happy to share our list of favorites with you. We find for our venue, drop-off catering works best. You are also welcome to bring in your own snacks, platters, desserts, etc. Please note that we do not provide serving trays, utensils, disposable plates, or other catering supplies.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen has a fridge and microwave and you are welcome to access them all while you are here. We do not have a stove or oven. Be a good citizen and clean up after yourself. If you spill something, wipe it up. Help yourself to any communal snacks.
DELIVERIES
Please plan to sign for any deliveries, including catering. We cannot be held liable for any missed deliveries.
RULES TO LIVE BY:
We are a creative space and we respect our fellow creatives.
● Moving furniture will require approval to protect you from damages.
● No pets allowed.
● Retail sales are not permitted.
● No baking pot roast (or anything else smelly) in the microwave.
● No harassment of any kind will be tolerated.
● Sound travels, so please be courteous to others who crave peace and
quiet.
● When you leave your office, please conserve energy by turning off the
lights.
● Share the fridge, and the responsibility of making sure leftovers are not
left over the weekend.
● No smoking, no vaping, no kidding.
● Please help keep our space clean.
● Music should be for you only, no need to blast it to avoid complaints.
● One of our staff members will be available to assist if you have any questions.

Production insurance for crew and space is required for your protection and our investment.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras in our space, but none in any private/personal rooms, just common areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We maintain our space clean using the health authority standards and for professional use only.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The space has the following features:

- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
