Spacious and light filled home features an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows, a large gourmet kitchen, and an oversized exterior deck with a view of the bay. The ideal layout of this home has been used for photo shoots, video shoots, and small to mid-size parties, and offers a variety of configurations to fit your event. I am a professional event planner and filmmaker and understand how to utilize spaces for different needs. What this translates to is seamless logistical planning and my ability to pass on some savings from my industries to you. Please inquire and I would be happy to explore the various options with you. This special 1/4 acre property is private, in a quiet suburban neighborhood, with free available parking. There are French doors in every room on the lower floor, allowing for healthy ventilation, plenty of natural light, and an indoor/outdoor event. The living and dining room open floor plan is ideal for your celebration and can comfortably accommodate 75 guests, with various configurations for a cocktail reception or a sit down. The loft, 3 bedrooms, and half bedroom/office are available as well. There are 4.5 bathrooms to support a large group. A tiny home camper on the property can be made available and would be an add-on to your rental. We are located in the most ideal Bay Area location: Minutes from highway 92, which will take you west to the coast or east to East Bay, or to 101 or 280 north to the city or North Bay, south to Palo Alto or South Bay. Gourmet private chef, catering, or bartender services are available as additional services, as well as valet service. The kitchen: Natural lighting fill the space through a skylight and French doors, with a view of Mount Diablo and the bay from the window. There is a double convection oven, a 5 burner gas stove, a pot filler, a large Thermador refrigerator, 2 additional drawer refrigerators, one and a half dishwashers, and filtered drinking water. The garage is approximately 400 square feet, providing additional space; please inquire so I can make it available. Please include in your inquiry the vision you have for your event and what your needs are from the space as I would need to pre-arrange for the various rooms.
