About the Space
- The two-level space has an art gallery at street level and an art studio at the garden level. - Work by local artists and designers is always on view on both levels. - The space is well suited to a variety of events, from offsite meetings, ideation sessions, and multi-media collaborations to weddings and parties, performances, and acoustic concerts (We even have a piano!). - The gallery has a large open space that can accommodate casual social events or formal meetings. - A courtyard-facing area has a glass and brass table and designer chairs that facilitate intimate conversations, small team meetings, or dining. - The restroom for the venue is on this level and is ADA compliant. - The studio level has three large tables with natural light streaming in from a courtyard garden, adjustable spotlights, and paper lanterns. - The polished concrete floors are ready for easy clean-up should the space be used for painting, catering back-of-house, or child's play! - Rented furniture can easily transform the space to accommodate a crowd. - Event Ideas: Wedding, Reception, Meeting, Offsite, Graduation Party, Baby Shower, Retirement Party, Concert, Fashion Show, Game Night, Celebration of Life, Memorial, Art Class, Art Workshop, Book Launch, Product Launch, Company Party, Holiday Party, Book Club, Reunion, Networking Event, Audition, Anniversary, Brunch, Dance Party, Engagement Party, Mixer, Dinner, Filming, Gala, Headshot, Happy Hour, Influencer Event, Job Fair, Lecture, Live Music, Photo Shoot, Production, Product Shoot, Recital, Proposal, Seminar, Training

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It was the perfect space to throw a high school graduation party. First we all gathered upstairs in the beautiful and bright gallery space. Then we went downstairs for lunch catered by the Front Porch and sat around the big wooden table and had a wonderful, loud and fun lunch. It was perfect!

Her responsiveness, the tidiness of the space, her kindness and welcoming. 5 stars is not enough, she needs all of them. I have 15+ years of experience as an event planner (nationally and internationally)., and Michelle was a dream to work with. She was attentive, responsive, professional, and flexible. I loved working with her and loved the space too! It's hip, very attractive, clean, and perfect for an event. Highly recommend!!!
