Our space is perfect for: business launches, meetings, workshops, and more! Amenities Include: ~ 1,000 sq ft. open space (fits 20-50 people comfortably) ~ Tables (2) & chairs (8) ~ Wood flooring ~ FREE Wi-Fi ~ Bluetooth speaker ~ TV Monitor ~ Lockers ~ Free parking lot & loading area ~ Exclusive reservation **Additional chair & table rentals available upon request. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

The space was absolutely beautiful and was a great fit for the baby shower I hosted. There were 2 bathrooms that were spotless and there was a loading area in the back that made loading and unloading so easy. We have 8 six foot tables in this space and we still had room to play group games and dance. The space looks just like it’s pictured … maybe even better and the host Taylor was very responsive to my million of questions and inquiries.

Yes, I would book again.

My experience booking with Taylor was great. Taylor was a great host and also very responsive. All communication was received in a timely and professional manner. The space is beautiful, including the beautifully decorated restrooms! The Open Artsy canvas allowed me to easily blend my vision into the space. My daughter's college graduation celebration/dinner was a great success.
