-No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed -No alcohol unless approved -No use of spaces outside - Minimum 2 hour booking - Outside food and drinks allowed - Alcohol allowed by approval - No smoking in building (vapes included) - 18+ for all guests unless prior approval - No glitter, paint, candles, or confetti - All decor must use standing fixtures. No decor can be affixed to walls, doors, or floor. Use of tape, adhesives, and thumbtacks are not permitted. - No removal or changing of any furniture in the space without approval. -No use of spaces outside of main event space + 2 bathrooms. EVENT RESERVATION: Reservation time should include set up and clean up. Facility will be opened no more than 15 minutes prior to event reservation. Should you and/or your party remain at the event space past the allotted time, an additional fee will be incurred at the current hourly rate. FURNITURE: All furniture can be requested to moved prior to event. Furniture is not permitted to be moved or relocated by guests without prior approval. Cooler, front desk, and lockers can be moved for an additional fee. CLEANING: The space is expected to be returned back to its original condition. This includes removal of all trash and decor from inside and outside of premises. Floors should be swept and any spills should be mopped. Cleaning supplies (broom, mop, disinfectant wipes) are provided to all guests. DAMAGES: Any damages to the space must be reported immediately. All damages will be deducted from cleaning fee and invoiced if expenses exceed the original deposit. Videos and pictures are taken of space before all events to ensure facility is properly stocked, cleaned, and amenities are delivered to guest(s) in working order. RESTRICTED AREA: Use of the space or equipment behind piped and draped area is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any guests or persons found to be in violation of this policy will immediately forfeit deposit and not be permitted use of the space for future events. All guidelines must be followed. Any violation of expressed guidelines will result in forfeiting of cleaning fee/deposit and loss of access to the space.
