FREE Guest parking is available at the lot at the back of the 1000 Building, via spaces labeled Guest and/or Visitor. If parking in the lot, guests must check in at the front desk in the lobby to receive a parking pass. Please provide your name, ID, and Car Make/Model to receive a parking pass and place it on your dashboard to avoid getting towed. This is not an overnight space or party listing, no social gatherings/events or additional guests are allowed. The building has a smoke free policy. No smoking is allowed in shared spaces or in the unit. No open flame allowed. No pets are allowed. Please notify us if you have a service animal, and we can discuss how to best accommodate your needs. No glitter or confetti can be used. You are welcome to move the furniture around, but please notify us in advance if you need to do so to suit your event needs. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please vacate the space and all items brought into the space by the end time of your booking reservation; otherwise, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Please respect the space and tidy up after yourself.
