About the Space
Enjoy this warm and eclectic pied-à-terre, in one of Austin’s most desirable neighborhoods., Just steps from the park; the space has been lovingly curated with pieces from past and present travels. Collected items from all over the world decorate this two bedroom home with a large wraparound back deck, full kitchen and bath. Our hope is to provide a unique place perfect for luncheons on the back deck (8-10) private yoga sessions, massage as well as client meetings. This is an ideal place for both respite and healing as well as lovely intimate social gatherings.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We make sure that thorough cleanings occur between bookings and use a combination of products and sometimes Clorox to make sure areas are disinfected. Hardwood floors are swept and mopped regularly and all door knobs and faucets are wiped down regularly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
