Our studio is best for: * Photo Sessions * Professionals * Branding * Family Portraits * Creating Video Content * Product Photo and Video * Fashion Photo and Video * Commercial Photo and Video * Youtuber We Have: * Large White Cyclorama wall (also called infinity wall, 2-Aputure P300c installed on ceiling) * 7- 107 inch rolling paper backdrop (Black, Blue, Pink and more colors will be added in the future) * 2 Sofa * 2 Chairs * 4 different size white photography boxes * 3 C-Stands * 1 clothing rack * Vanity Table with make up lighting * Fully Curtained Changing Area * Restroom * Different Size Soft boxes to fit your need * Extension Chords * Cold/Hot drinking water * Drink Cooler * Espresso Machine * Ice Machine * Microwave * Free WIFI * Resting Area/Lobby Please note that $65 is Weekday rate and Weekend rate is $85

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I LOVE this studio. Don was SUCH an amazing host, I rented the spotlight & he allowed me to come a few minutes early to instruct me how to use it. He communicated so quick & was so friendly!! I will definitely be using this studio frequently.
