There are parking spaces in front and back of the building. You can park in any empty spaces.

Natural Lighting is best during hours of 11 AM to 2 PM Central Time.

We are not located on a busy street and it is overall very quiet. There is no noise from other neighboring businesses. The overall noise level is low.

Ground Floor

There is a back door directly going into the studio. The door automatically locks so you will have to prop the door with a wooden piece if you are going to use the door to access in and out.

There is a fully curtained space just for makeup , wardrobe and restroom access. We have two restrooms. Crew can also use the restroom in the lobby if talent is using the wardrobe area with curtain closed.

There are 3 rooms in the suite. Lobby, Studio, and Office. Office is off-limit to shoot. The equipment cage access inside the studio is only available to staff.

General Rules Please take great care of the space so we can maintain the integrity of cleanliness of the space. Remember, when booking time please remember all setup and break down is to take place during the time of the rental. Cleaning is included, however, if more than 10 people, a cleaning fee applies. Any damages done to the studio will be billed to the original form of payment. No thumbtacks or nails are allowed, if using tape use painter's tape. Nothing is permitted on the walls or the backdrops. No smoking inside the building No vaping in the building No small confetti No cooking on the interior No alcohol or floor spills allowed, please tidy up. No alcohol in the studio if underage Additional time will be added on by the half-hour and is 50 for the half-hour and 100 for the full hour. SAME DAY TIME EXTENTION WILL NOT BE GUARENTEED. It will only be allowed if there is no other appointment the following hour(s). Guest are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was upon arrival. We kindly ask that guests respect the space and tidy up after themselves.

Furniture, Photography cubes, and any props provided by the studio can be moved anywhere within the studio area. Vanity desk cannot be moved. Wall decorations cannot be moved or altered. Automatic backdrop holder cannot be moved or taken down by the customer.
