Small Cozy Apartment in Midtown
About the Space
A small pre war apartment (450 sq ft to be exact) in the middle of Manhattan. Queen size bedroom, small living room and a kitchen which is the main room you enter the apartment in and small bathroom. Each room has a skylight which is the main source of natural light, the bedroom gets the most lighting with 2 larger windows and faces north. There's some exposed brick in the kitchen and bedroom, wall panelling and the aesthetic is warm and neutral, sophisticated but cozy. Please note it’s on the 5th floor, no elevator. This is my home so there are personal belongings like photos which I can hide away.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
