About the Space
Art Gallery in the heart of Manhattan Beach, with spectacular views of the pier just a block away. The exterior of the building is a work of art, painted by famed street artist Kelly "RISK" Graval. The interior is 800 square feet of white walls and exposed wood ceilings which lead to an enclosed outdoor space of about the same size. Gallery 208 Owners Dennis Jarvis, Chip Herwegh and Harry Knapp are all film/tv and commercial industry veterans with a wealth of knowledge and resources for any event or shoot.

We are a gallery, lovely, clean and airy. Super sanitized environment cleaned daily.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
