Creative Space near Jingletown

This offers space for a multitude of event and production needs. From gatherings, workshops, photoshoots, video shoots, viewing parties, broadcasts and more, the space can be transformed to fit ANY rental need! The main common area has large windows and an open floor plan, with fully modular furniture and working areas. Adjacent to the common space is an isolated office/zen room, as well as a fully-outfitted photo/video studio with a two-wall cyc. Additional meeting rooms or breakout spaces (outside of our immediate space) can be arranged as well, at an additional cost. The capacity ranges for various needs: Party/Gatherings = 50 Meetings = 30 Photo/Video Shoots = 15 You are welcome to book the space as-is. This space is located within the vibrant Artthaus Studios building. Artthaus is FULL of community creatives who are welcoming, kind, and love to collaborate. This building itself is conveniently located within ½ mile of Fruitvale BART and the 880 Freeway. FREE regular street parking in a residential neighborhood with no time restrictions other than street cleaning on certain days. Please see the signs on the street noting which days for cleaning. Onsite parking, within the gated lot, can be arranged at an additional cost.
