Please note this the main house in a triplex property. This house is in the front of the property with its own entrance. There are other 2 rented units onsite. GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed. LOCATION: Located centrally in Little Havana, which allows quick access to many parts of Miami in just minutes. Little Havana runs west of Downtown and Brickell all the way to Douglas Avenue. It’s flanked by the Miami River to the north and Coral Way to the south. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. LIVING ROOM: Features two separate seating areas both areas offer ample seating. Seating area 1 features a smart TV, the second is open to the dining room, work desk and features a sleeper sofa, perfect for sleeping arrangements for two guests. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking. MASTER BEDROOM: Features a Queen bed and smart TV. SECOND BEDROOM: Features a Queen bed. THIRD BEDROOM: Features 2 twin size beds. COMMON SPACE: Features a Sofa bed, as mentioned in the living space section. BATHROOM 1: Located on the main floor and features a shower. BATHROOM 2: Located on the second floor. Features a tub/shower combo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Private yard with seating located off the kitchen. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (100+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services. PARKING: Parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway. There is also free street parking. PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us. PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility. EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.* The Climate & Bugs Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :) Guest access Full home will be at guest disposal.
