About the Space

Perfect for cocktail parties, book readings, product launches, baby showers, bridal showers, club/organization meetings, private tastings and small gatherings of 20-25 people. A design studio is located directly across the hall for overflow space and can be available for an additional cost. The space is a beautiful retail setting that sells home-centered lifestyle essentials offering a wide variety of candles, home décor, jewelry, bath and body essentials, local art, stationery, wearables, and a small inventory of furniture pieces. The building has a kitchenette (no oven), 2 bathrooms, and located on first level.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
