About the Space

Open house on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays 5-7pm Our 1717sq foot Event Space is a blank white canvas perfect for any Event, Celebration or Occassion such as Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Weddings, Receptions, Fitness/Exercise Classes, Game Nights, Youth Events & more. Our space is equipped with WiFi, 4 55’inch TV’s, 2 Bathrooms, Refrigerator, Karaoke Machine, 360 Photo Booth, Tables & Chairs. Some of these features may require an additional charge. Capacity: 95 Seating / 150 Standing Note: Please include set up and clean up time in total number of hours needed when booking.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

Danielle’s place was amazing and everything we wanted! We hosted a graduation party for 100 people and it was more than enough room to fit mariachi, guests, food and drinks and outside vendors. The four TVs are a very nice addition! Her immediate responses were very much appreciated as well, thank you Danielle! Definitely book this for your next event.

Yes, I would book again.

THE SPACE WAS VERY NICE , WORTH THE MONEY . HOST IS THE BEST , VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. WHEN NEED MORE TIME SHE WAS GREAT AND WE WAS ABLE TO PAY FOR MORE IN THE SPACE .
