About the Space
This space is available to be booked Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. It is a professional-use space perfect for meetings of 8 to ten people, presentations, professional headshots, depositions, or virtual team meetings. The space boasts large comfortable rolling chairs, a whiteboard wall, HDMI or HDMI - USBc cables and adapters, TV access, and bottomless coffee. We're here to bring your workday dreams to life!

Parking located in free lot all around building - parking is eligible Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
General Rules
- Outside catering is allowed
- Quiet use of the space is expected
- Wifi available on site
- No smoking in or around the building
- Use ends promptly at 5 pm

Facility is monitored for security purposes. This is a professional-use space only. Security cameras are located on-site for the safety of our current members and guests.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned nightly by a professional cleaning service.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
