About the Space
Constructed in a butcher shop built in 1890, Grimm Block is Downtown Denvers leading full-service photo studio. Whether you are shooting your brand's next big campaign or wanting to show your clients a five-star shoot experience, Grimm Block is your new go-to place to create. Outfitted with a full grip wall, client lounge, full kitchen, full bathroom w/shower, talent lounge, Hair and makeup vanities, and talent lounge. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY ONE BATHROOM IN THE SPACE AND IT IS SHARED WITH THE FRONT OFFICE.

Parking description
There are multiple parking options located within 1 block of the studio.
1) Street metered parking
2) Parking lot near front entrance ($8/day)
3) Parking lot in back near load in door ($10/day)

Security cameras and recording devices
There are two security cameras in the space, one of them is in the front main office which is off limits to rentals and the second one is in the studio facing away from the cyc wall.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our space is always cleaned in between shoots but we request that you take care of our space as well. We wipe everything down and sanitize in between guests and provide wipes for while on set.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
