About the Space
This Stunning Modern Architectural Home located in Encino. This house was completely remodeled in 2019. This spacious home has an open floor layout and double vaulted ceilings, it offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. As you enter the house, you have a living room which leads to the open and large family room, kitchen and dining area. The space and layout is an entertainer's dream. The gourmet kitchen features a large center island with beautiful white and grey counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop. The family room is accompanied with vaulted ceilings that include recessed lighting and skylights. There are double sliding doors that lead to a wooden patio with a pergola in the back yard. The breathtaking primary bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet, a large bathroom, double sink and oversized rain style shower. This home also includes an attached garage. Production bookings will include the use of the common area (Living room, family room, kitchen etc) + 2 bedrooms (including the master) and the use of bathrooms.
