About the Space
This is a 4,420 square foot office building that was originally built in the 1960's and still features a vintage interior with an array of textured walls, wood paneling and carpeted floors. The Location offers a total of five individual offices - one of which is a master office with its own private bathroom and an extravagant wet bar. In addition to the five offices we also offer a sizable conference room with a 10 foot long vintage, granite conference table as well as a reception and lobby area, 2 additional bathrooms, 2 serviceable kitchens and 2 additional storage or vanities rooms located in the back. The Location also offers gated parking for up to 3 cars or 2 trucks as well as additional parking in the alleyway.

Very cool retro spot! We shot a spoof for an ad that is created in the style of the tv show "the office" and this space was perfect for it. Lots of different rooms to shoot in.

My team had a tough time quantifying just what we needed to do here but Parker L was able to find a nice middle ground for us in the booking process. Upon arrival at the space, the attendant was very accommodating and got us all set to start quickly. As for the space itself, this is just a beautiful, nostalgic place. We used the very grand looking office and plan to come back for a follow up session.
