About the Space
5.300 sqf of custom built design. It is a unique, rustic industrial space Includes large main event space with 40 foot bar and separate kitchen. Conferance Room, Vip Room with another bar, large mens and womans ADA approved restrooms, laundry area, private bedroom with shower, 7500 sqf outdoor area secured by 8 foot walls and electric gate. 10 foot electric roll up doors in front and back can also be used.

Parking description
Parking is not a problem here. With several options to make sure all of your guests parking needs are met. In the back of the space there is 7,500 sqf lot secured by an electric gate, with alley access. Free street parking in the front. Our building is also set up for Valet parking at an additional cost. If that is not enough the theatre directly across the street offers paid parking for $10 per vehicle.

Security cameras and recording devices
The space does have video only security cameras in public places, however they can be turned off during rentals.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned between each booking for you and your guests safety.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
