Our 2000 sqft creative space is perfect for celebrations and other events. The layout is very open and all furniture can be moved around as you like. If you would like all of the furniture removed prior to your event, please select the furniture removal add-on when booking. The space has one private restroom. There are no noise restrictions after regular business hours (evenings and weekends). *We require a refundable cleaning deposit, which is returned at the end of the event (or following day for events that end after 11pm) as long as the space is left in its original condition (clean/undamaged) and you follow the rules of the space. Past events have included: -birthday celebrations -graduation and other milestone celebrations -holiday celebrations -baby showers -industry mixers -sip & paint -karaoke events -album/song release events -game nights -movie nights -small comedy shows -small acoustic shows -art showcases -vendor marketplace -super bowl/fight night watch parties Rental rate is calculated by the number of guests attending. If you end up having more guests than originally booked, the entire booking will be retroactively adjusted to the corresponding rate. That means that even if you had fewer guests for some or most of the time during the event, if the number of guests attending is more than originally booked, every single hour will be charged at the new rate. If the event exceeds maximum capacity of the space, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the event without refund. Please be transparent and honest about the nature of the event/number of expected guests. If we are unable to accommodate your event, we can refer you to people who can. **Please be conscious that the booking time includes set-up and clean up. Please do not come earlier than your booked time starts or leave later than your booked time ends.** No raves or rave-like parties. No mosh pits. No pets. No gang activity. No tobacco smoking inside. Nothing illegal. Please do not book if you or your guests are going to disrespect the space or staff. Please do not book if your guests are going to get overly intoxicated (throwing up, etc.) You will be required to provide photo identification and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of your event. We are more than happy to give you an in person or virtual walk through of the space, and we recommend it. Just send a message to schedule a time! Please limit in person walk throughs to one per event.

Common areas and restrooms are cleaned and disinfected after each event. For bookings, we ask that whatever is brought in should be brought out.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
