About the Space
We provide a unique space to record your own podcast. Audio only at this time. You will have access to the Roadcaster Pro along with 5 dynamic mics and over-hear headphones. At this time you will be responsible for producing the episodes yourself. We are launching this as a way to test how the engagement rate is and to build a bigger studio with more equipment. There are also additional spaces that can be booked privately.

Parking is very close, within 20 yards, of the front or back door. Drive up right to the front door to unload any equipment you might bring with you.
General Rules
No smoking in the building
If you order outside food, you will be responsible for arranging pickup
No alcohol
Take care of the equipment you use and the space

One of our hosts must be on-site to book
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We do have insight video surveillance at every building entrance and hallway.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are a small non-profit ministry but we do our best to provide a clean and hygienic space for you!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
