About the Space
This is an open studio that will suit well for a party, or event. The space has a surround system as well as 2 TV's and a projector. The space is occupied by a printing company and is right off the highway and easy to get to. We would recommend using this space for a party, celebration, networking event, meeting hall, or conference. You can even use the space to host dance classes or recitals.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

They were a hour late opening the door which caused us to lose money for our event, my calls or text was not replied to, but then the next day I was messaged being accused of having the building smelling like smoke which wasn’t true. At least 1 team member from the venue was there the whole time and we helped clean up at the end
