About the Space
Welcome to our home! High ceilings create an airy space that compliments the polished concrete floors and open concept layout. Tall windows throughout the home provide plenty of natural light, perfect for photos, filming, and events. The space also has fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and the living area opens into the backyard with large sliding glass doors. Big or small, fun or serious-- we'd love to host you for your next event or production! Owner may be on premises during the shoot, but will be out of the way and will respect your privacy.

Awesome and amazing host. Can’t ask for a better host. Both Jonathan and Seanette were super amazing, flexible and super fast response. The place is so beautiful and amazing as the host. Had a great time on my special day with my family at the place. Highly recommend the place.

Johnathan was a wonderful host and we incredibly responsive. I asked to extend the reservation for our engagement celebration because we arrived late and he allowed us to stay an extra hour free of charge. The space was huge beautiful and looked even better than the pictures. He even printed out some congratulation cards and left them around the house. I highly recommend Johnathan and his house for anyone needing a party space.
