About the Space

Have it all: City modern feel in the country. Very private, gated 8-acres borders a conservation easement, so no neighbors in sight. Views feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but only 3 miles from town/starbucks/amenities. Magnificent view of pool, surrounding countryside and small one-acre pinot noir vineyard. Very eclectic, custom designed Asian-inspired home with 25-foot ceilings and a steel catwalk to sleeping lofts. Dramatic, large steps to swimming pool area, hot tub with swinging outdoor bed gazebo. Mini horse, donkey and sheep pens. Secure and secluded within a gated, private driveway. Might be especially good space for photo, video and film shoots as there are many very unique high-design architectural materials and elements, like imported, woven ceiling, teak wood pillars, a fountain at entry, cathedral fireplace and a wine cellar (for production shoots only). Garden setting, great for outdoor/indoor events with plenty of parking. Event type and size may require Sonoma County special event permit.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
