About the Space

A multipurpose production space serving photo / video productions, private events, runway, and live streams to know a few. The 4000 square foot facility houses a 180 degree cyclorama, state-of-the-art full color light ceiling, motorized truss system, 3 customizable production offices, and a large open production space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

This place was incredible. Just incredible. It's just like the pictures. Book it. It's genuinely fuking awesome. Dé was an absolute unit of a person. Loved that he was there to help with anything we needed. Would book again in a heart beat.

This space was great! It was spacious, customizable and in a convenient spot. My only call out is that we had more audio issues after 5pm each day due to plane traffic, but it was sporadic enough not to be a huge issue. Would book again in a heartbeat!
