Each set is different, providing guests with a wide range of looks for their next project. This 800 sq ft space located in an old factory building offers high ceilings with ceiling lighting, big windows and lots of character. Located in the heart of Tampa just 10 min from Tampa International Airport

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

This was a unique experience. I want to thank Sydney for being a wonderful host. The place was clean, AC available, comfortable and versatile; she was there for us in case we needed anything. We had a successful photo shoot.
