About the Space
Our space includes a 90 seat auditorium with everything you need to make your event the best it can be! We've got top of the line sound gear, flat screen TVs to make your presentation on, and a comfortable atmosphere to make your guests feel right at home! Our lobby features a cafe area, as well as a bar you can utilize for your guests to enjoy. The space is perfect for churches, weddings, presentations, meetings, memorial services, parties, and more!

We have free, easy, and convenient and parking onsite. Our parking lot is well lit and can hold 60+ cars.
General Rules

- Outside catering is allowed
- An adult must be present at all times
- Parking is available anywhere onsite

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras at our front door, lobby, and in the auditorium. These are in place to help secure the building when it is not being occupied.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have an amazing cleaning crew that not only love what they do, but are professionals at it. Cleanliness is a priority for us and our customers!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
