About the Space
Tucked away behind a 1940s bungalow home, this tiny home offers a custom-designed studio space in an area that’s hard to beat. At 590 sq. feet, the modern industrial design features an open floor plan that gets plenty of natural light, perfect for small photoshoots, video productions, and content creation. The exposed brick and epoxy concrete floors create the feeling of a loft in the city, while a manicured lawn brings you the peaceful vibe of the suburbs. While the space itself has many unique touches, the kitchen is hard to turn your eye away from and creates a beautiful backdrop for cooking demonstrations or kitchen scenes. Its central location in East Point makes it ideal for your travel and production needs. Grab B-roll shots of downtown East Point and the MARTA, less than a mile down the road. Take a tour of Tyler Perry Studios just 10 minutes away, or pick up your team from the airport in less than 15 minutes. And if you need a break for some creative inspiration, downtown Atlanta is just a short 15-minute drive and a great area to explore and refresh your creative palette. While a number of film projects have happened around the area (check out the small park just around the corner!), please keep in mind that this is a residential community, so being respectful of the neighbors is greatly appreciated!

Great host and beautiful space! I hosted an intimate “Generational Love” brunch for my mom, sister, and two nieces and we had the best time. The check-in/check-out process was super smooth. Kiah made herself available from booking to event day to answer any questions and even provided an additional chair to accommodate our event. The location has incredible natural light, and though it’s a smaller space, there was plenty of room for our multiple setups. I would definitely book again and recommend Kiah and her space to anyone looking for a cute venue!

Kiah was so responsive & attentive to any needs I may have. She truly went above and beyond. The photos don’t do the space justice. It has so much natural light. The price is a great if you’re on a budget-like I was. I totally recommend it!
