About the Space
Captured Delight Studios is the perfect size for Photography shoots, videography/Film shoots, youtube studio and Art Gallery would be perfect for the space. 1750 sqft of empty space for you creatives to design and build sets for their shoots. The space is big enough for small get togethers(party).

We have a free big parking lot that can hold over 100 cars literally a few feet away from the front entrance.
General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
Please wear "Shoe Covering" provided by the studio / Take off shoes

Security cameras and recording devices
There s camera in the equipment room and one at the front entrance door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Captured Delight Studios takes priority in cleanliness. The floors are always kept clean. We require customers to wear shoe covers we provide, due to the white paint flooring. We disinfect all touchable surfaces, and have hand sanitizers available for our guests. The lighting equipments are regularly wiped down and disinfected after each booking session.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
