About the Space
The space caters to anyone hosting something massive like a work party to small product shoots for your brand. With an open-floor warehouse plan and an attached CYC wall, the space has the capability to cater any venture you have in mind. Also take note of art installments from local Los Angeles artist that can be used for any project. Parking is no issue since we are located in the industrial area of Boyle heights as well as an unrestricted noise control. The dimensions of the CYC wall are: 20ft by 32ft and 13ft Tall.

We use professional cleaners in between each shoot or event that calls for it as well as hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes spread throughout the facility.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
