About the Space
Modern, spacious conference facility for up to 15 people at a beautiful private equestrian estate. The property is just 30 minutes from Microsoft, Amazon or Google; and 10 minutes from the world-class restaurants and wineries of Woodinville. Incredible facility for a focused offsite or event. Amenities include a large black walnut conference table with seating for 10, an adjacent seating area with sofa and chairs, a 75 inch television with Apple TV, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave, sink, and refrigerator/freezer. Outdoor seating area also available. Conference room and outdoor seating area overlook the equestrian riding arena - where you’ll likely see riders jumping horses. Perhaps best of all, right outside the conference room live the cutest and friendliest goats you'll ever meet. They love visits and pets. When's the last time you had a goat at your offsite!?

Lisa and James were more than just exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure that my event ran smoothly. This space was also more than adequate. It was spotless and laid out perfect for what I needed. I hosted a workshop where the massive TV in the background was large enough to demonstrate my presentation. Not only was the space perfect but it was also quiet and easy to get to. I would book this space again in the future!
