Renovated One Room Schoolhouse at Ava's Place

The Schoolhouse has a few on site spaces and we have permission to park across the street in the church parking lot (as long as there are no events at the church at the same time) You may also park along the side of the building on Brad Street. Do not block the alley or stop sign.

No smoking or vaping.No smoke bombs or smoke machines. No Glitter. No open flames. No sand.No nails, screws, staples or any tape should be used that would make marks or leave holes in the walls. No Command type hooks they remove the paint. Please use the existing hooks to hang your decorations. No pets allowed.If serving alcohol no one under 21, and you must have a Serve Safe Certified Server.Set up and teardown must be factored into your rental time.Overtime will be billed in half hour increments per PeerSpace's policy.The space must be cleaned and all outside items removed by the end of your booking time.Remove all decorations, leftover food,and any outside rental items.Trash and recylcled items should be placed in the outside cans.Any damage to the inside or outside will be billed to the person renting the facility. .Please leave the space as you found it.
