About the Space

Co-Operate Melrose is a unique addition to the Melrose Mile. Right in the heart of one of the most up and coming neighborhoods in Central Phoenix, CoOperate welcomes all in a safe, inclusive environment. We cater to the artistic side, the creatives, the think outside of the box types. Formerly a raquetball court in the 70's. CoOperate has been readapted into commercial office and event space. Our "bays" have incredible lighting and ample space. Lots of room to make your vision happen. This unique co-working space will have : • (2) small therapy style meeting rooms • conference room for up to 12 • training room that hosts up to 30 • community gathering space • a stunning art gallery (also open to the public!) • high speed wi-fi • local treats • community events • …and so much more!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
