About the Space
Activities or events that can be accommodated in the studio are: Magic Classes, Dance classes, Zumba Classes, Hip Hop Classes, Special Events, Recitals, Birthday Parties, Fund-Raising Events, Meetings, bridal showers, baby showers etc. We have an open floor plan that allows for any occasion and theme. We also have an 8x12ft stage and top-of-the-line lights and sound system.

Ample packing is available in the plaza. The plaza gets busy during rush hours.

* Outside catering is allowed with prior notification to the management.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security camera is located at the main studio and outside the unit.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The entire studio is cleaned and disinfected daily and in between bookings
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
