About the Space

Capitol Quarters is a new trendy building downtown. Great for small concerts, cocktail parties, or corporate meetings. We have a table and sofa outside with a view of the capitol dome. At the interior, we have a table and sofa, with area for buffet. Two spacious bathrooms are available on the interior, as well.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Loved the space and Jen was very accommodating. We were able to make the space our own and the view is phenomenal. I hosted my mom's 60th birthday brunch here and it couldn't have gone any better. The parking isn't really great but I would still recommend.
