About the Space
Our 1400 sq. foot space is open and bright. Our high-density foam underlayment flooring accompanies a wood-patterned Marley overlay giving the space an elegant appearance with a soft cushioning touch. Our main back wall is painted pink with the front wall spanning large floor to head-height mirrors. This is a perfect space for a studio photoshoot, dance rehearsal, yoga class, self-tape, or anything else imaginable.

Security is On-Site in the building and security cameras are located in the common areas of the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We just ask all trash and any outdoor materials are picked up and thrown away in between bookings. Our space is cleaned by a professional cleaning service once a week.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
