Planning a party? Enjoy our lovely space for any occasion. Whether you’re planning a surprise party, brunch with friends, book club, dinner party, small business team event or even a unique date night, we’ve got an amazing space for you! About our Space: The outside yard is beautifully designed for multiple use. We created different zones in the space that'll enhance your event. As you enter, you'll notice a well-kept modern aesthetic yard. Starting from the top deck, our listing includes a sitting area that seats up to four people with an extra-large umbrella for shade. We also installed a projector screen for a quiet movie night (great date night idea) or run a slide show during your event. As you step down to the lower deck, a dining set is setup with seating up to eight people. The next space is designed to be playful and relaxing, here you'll find a couple of swings anchored by a wooden frame. This a great area to be creative, think balloon arch or hang flowers for a great photo op! The last area is a warm firepit area to gather around, which includes six lounge chairs. We also offer warm blankets for our guests to use during the chilly months. This backyard can be utilized for any commercial shoot, photoshoot, small gathering/party, offsite meeting, yoga class, pop up event and the like. There are plenty of photo opportunities in our space for you and your guests to remember by. All furnishings can be moved or rearranged to accommodate your needs. We can transform it to just about anything you can imagine.
