- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Loved the interior design, got exactly what I booked for which was a huge relief. I had no interruption or external noise while filming which is something I struggle with a lot when I book spaces for my video projects. So glad Chateaux Noire saved me the stress lol. I’ll definitely be booking again!

The content space was really beautiful! The staff was helpful and responsive and the space was well-maintained. Loved the furniture too. It was comfortable and stylish. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a great place to create content

Gorgeous face! I only used the room for this listing but the constant house in its entirety is absolutely beautiful and I will be booking with them again. Everything was nice + clean and communication with the host and property manager was amazing.

The house overall was beautiful, especially the space I rented out. I loved how the rooms were staged to be picture-perfect. I did have grievances prior to starting my booking, but the host addressed them in a very prompt manner.

This was the BEST rental experience I have had. Chateaux is a hidden gem in Houston but I am sure not for long. I plan on telling everyone I know about it. The space is beautiful just as pictured. But it was the customer service for me. I got to meet the owner and she took great care of my model and I. This place is amazing and such a steal. As a business owner, I spend a lot in advertising and marketing. It feel good when you felt the coins were well spent. Book NOW, You won’t regret it!
