On the second floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: master bedroom ensuite bathroom. On the lower level is a performer Pilates equipment and a dedicated office. The house has a beautiful private outdoor patio (spring and summer) for outdoor meetings for 10. Master bathroom is large and has amazing lighting for makeup and hair setup offset. Each area of the home has a different ambience suitable for productions and company off site gatherings. The Park Avenue House is a fully furnished, spacious Frenchtown treasure with original details and character, exposed brick, exotic wood floors and wood burning fireplaces. The house is in a prime location easy access to 40/64 70, 55, and 44 interstate. Check in: 9:00 am or later. We will acclimate you to the house, answer all of your questions and then she's all yours. We can be there for any of your needs or be just a phone call or text away. We would appreciate it if you put the space back in the condition you found it at check in. Please make us aware of any damage as soon as possible so the the repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. The house has a private entrance from the street to make for easy unloading and loading. The garage is in the back, you can park in the garage or on the street in front of the house.
