General Rules
No drug use or smoking on premises.
Outside catering is allowed.
No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on site. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and walls.
Bartender must have a serving license to service alcohol.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Aspire 2 Kreate LLC will be in a clean condition prior to your event. Within one (1) hour following the event, you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found. All rental equipment must be removed immediately following your event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
