About the Space
Our home is a 2 story rambler home built over 100 years ago. A lot of original elements still remain integris to the home today! The living area has a functioning fireplace and can seat about 10 people. The dining room is connected via cased opening and also seats 10 people. There are two 10 ft windows in the main areas so the home gets a lot of beautiful natural light during the day. This is a perfect space for a photo or video shoot! There are several areas that can be displayed with a lot of character (ie original hardwood flooring, crown molding, etc), or more simple plain backdrops as pictured.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
