The main studio space does not have natural light, and can be completely blacked out. The lobby and 1 office area has plenty of natural light, and can not be blacked out.

The main shooting place in the studio has good sound proofing even though it's close to the airport. We do recommend that you bring high quality lav mics. We do rent them as well if you don't have them.

Ground Floor

Entrance is right next to the parking lot with plenty of parking and super easy access for loading. There is a roll up door as well if needed.

Kitchen, office, conference room, lobby.... Lot's of additional spaces.

There are plenty of outlets and multiple circuits. No power issues.

Minimum 4 hour booking time. The Green Cove area is to be used with socks on, or shoe covers. If you anticipate any scuffs being created by your shoot on the surface of the stage, please add the Green Cove Paint Fee of $75 to your booking from the add-ons portion. We are an establishment that provides services for people of all ages, and we ask our renters to be mindful of our other patrons Music is welcomed and encouraged for all events, but please make sure that the volume is kept to a reasonable level, especially if it contains crude language. If you are over 15 minutes after your last scheduled hour then you will be charged in half hour increments. Extending studio time is more than welcomed, just ask to assure time is available. Please read our studio rental agreement prior to your booking. Failure to sign this form and/or comply with these rules will result in booking cancellation. No smoking. Any damage to furniture including but not limited to shoe marks, scratches, stains, will result in a charge for professional cleaning, repair, or replacement. No confetti or glitter. All furniture must be placed back in the original position it was found. All trash must be placed in the trash cans provided We have interior and exterior cameras in the space to monitor safety, arrival times, departure times, overtimes, extra charges and damages. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy with your booking. No refund will be issued back to the client if he or she cancels the booking within 48 hours of their booking. Your setup and clean up must be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate of clients starting after you.
