About the Space
This venue is located very close to Sunset Blvd, it is a Spanish Styled house which features a beautiful backyard with outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill and fire pit. There is a deck with large dining table for entertaining at the back of the house, connected to the rear living room through a sliding door. The living rooms has a hardwood floor, there is a fireplace in the front living room.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
