Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information.
Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted.
Our spaces are all smoke-free.
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Set-up and teardown time should be included in booking hours.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed. If space is not restored to the original condition, an additional cleaning fee and/or any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.
A security guard at an additional cost may be required for some events serving alcohol.
If liquor is being served, it must be served by a licensed vendor. Guest should obtain a Certificate of Insurance from the vendor as evidence of liquor liability insurance of at least $1 Million. The Certificate of Insurance should list host community as an additional insured.
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No banners, marketing messages or signage may be posted.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theeventhelper.com.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to approve your event.
