About the Space

This open feel indoor/outdoor home with a large deep pool and grassy side yard surrounded by tall green hedges with hanging lights would be perfect for any special event; bridal shower, small wedding, photo shoots, small retreats, off site meetings, and family gatherings. Large kitchen for serving catered meals also for someone who loves cooking. It includes a tropical outdoor bar with BBQ including 2 TV's, ice machine and large pass through window to the kitchen with a gorgeous water feature. There is a tropical outdoor shower surrounded by lava rock and tropical plants. Three bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and comfortable TV room and glammed out living room which is adjacent to the outdoor areas

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I booked Elisabeth's beautiful home for my baby shower and it was the perfect venue! Elisabeth and her husband were accommodating, easy to work with and had excellent communication leading up to the event. I highly recommend their home for any party/function.

Yes, I would book again.

This was the perfect venue for a luau themed party! The backyard has stunning tropical landscaping with the perfect features for a party - outdoor bar, surround sound, lighting, open space, etc. The host, Lis, is also wonderful to work with! She allowed me to tour her home before booking to ensure the space had everything I needed. She helped me brainstorm ideas for the layout and flow of the party. She also assisted in coordinating drop off/pick up of my party rentals. I cannot thank her enough for welcoming my family into her beautiful home, which was the perfect backdrop for our party.

Beautiful space with lots of film areas! The backyard is stunning and has lots of greenery. Elisabeth was also very kind, helpful, and responsive during our shoot. :) I'd definitely recommend!

Yes, I would book again.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this booking. My friends and I rented the space as a pre-gathering before our law prom and it was the perfect place to take pictures, enjoy some drinks and just vibe out. Lis and her husband were so kind and welcoming with their home. Very responsive and we felt so thankful to be able to enjoy the space. Their home had the sickest sound system that she helped us connect to and the vibes were just totally on point. The home was exactly as pictured and made a beautiful backdrop for all of our photos. Thank you so much opening up your home to us Lis ! 💕
