About the Space
Photography and videography space. Space rental upon request (message). Any forms of content filming welcomed. Over 19 different back drops/walls. Backdrops are moveable and can be mixed and matched. Equipment: lights, cameras, lenses, smoke machines and other accessories or amenities are available upon request. Camera man available upon request.

Lots of parking space. You can park wherever you want.
General Rules
Late fees and cancellation fees apply.
Make sure to explain what it is you’re using the space for. Call when you arrive. Someone will come out and escort you into building. Speaker provided. WiFi accessible. Dressing area available. You can use any backdrop that you please just ask for someone to assist you, thanks. 420 friendly. Alcohol is ok to have. Food is ok to have.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras on site. Ring Camera is outside of building. You can press it if you have an appointment but we prefer a phone call. Recording device inside of photo area records video and audio at all times. Request a non recorded set time with us.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Please dispose all your trash and keep space clean. Please ask for help putting anything back if needed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Hand Sanitizer
