Shop Class Inc is a 501c3 not for profit community organization
General Rules
Outside catering is welcome or we can accommodate food service through our restaurant partners. There is no inside smoking and no amplified music after 10. There is a large parking lot with room for vendors or outside gatherings.
Cleaning deposit is $150 and will be returned in whole or part depending on the cleaning.
Half of fee will be due to hold the reservation.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
All cameras can be disabled by the renting parties
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The Shop is meticulously cleaned daily and before each event. Snackbar is deep cleaned and sanitized before guests arrive.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
