About the Space

Welcome to our traditional Baltimore brick rowhome with modern updates. The home is located in a quiet residential area but is also near the interstate. It includes a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen on the main level, each stylishly decorated allowing for great content. The second level has two bedrooms with trendy decor as well as a third room set up as an open office space. There is also a beautiful black, white, and gold themed bathroom on the second level. The finished basement boasts a large white space free of decor that you can use as a blank slate. It also has a conversation nook with an abstract mural perfect for content, shoots, and podcasts. There is a second bathroom in the basement. On the exterior, you have access to a stone front porch and back patio as well as a grassy backyard. The home is smartly decorated to leave room for your custom/branded touches. The space is perfect for content shoots, branding shoots, small group meetups/retreats, small to medium dinner parties, demo classes, and more.

-No Smoking inside property -Outside Catering is allowed -Please be upfront with what you're looking to do and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. If you're looking to use for film, television, music videos, ad campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing, and availability Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. -All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate per Peerspace's policy. -Parking in the alley is strictly prohibited and will result in towing. -We have a zero tolerance for noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. -Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing material must be properly removed. Damages will be billed to the credit card on file with peerspace. A walkthrough is required before and after all bookings. -The use or presence of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforceentparticipation.
